MEET YOUR TEACHER
I CAME TO PILATES OVER 10 YEARS AGO, AND NEVER LOOKED BACK. AS A FORMER COLLEGIATE ATHLETE, I SAW MOVEMENT AS AN ESSENTIAL PART OF LIFE. WHAT I DIDN'T KNOW IS THAT I SHOULDNT FEEK EXHAUSTED AFTER A WORKOUT.
I HAVE HAD THE PRIVILEGE OF LIVING ALL OVER THE WORLD, AND TEACHING PILATES. THIS EXPERIENCE HAS ALLOWED ME TO UNDERSTAND THE UNIVERSAL JOY OF MOVEMENT AND CONNECTION.
MY GOAL AS A TEACHER IS TO HELP YOU FIND YOUR INTUITION THROUGH MOVEMENT, AND DEVELOP STRENGTH THAT TRANSCENDS THE STUDIO.
